The World Peace Partners project promotes International understanding by bringing together people from different countries and cultures.

Adventures in Peace Building:

Rotary Clubs from around the world will sponsor students to come to Winnipeg to:

• Participate in intensive teaching opportunities about human rights, conflict resolution and peace initiatives at Universities and Peace Centres.
• Engage in a transformational awareness tour of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.
• Make a commitment to support human rights and influence others to treat everyone with respect and understanding.

Programs being developed include:

• A joint master's program in peace and conflict studies offered by the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg.
• A summer institute offered by the University of Winnipeg that teaches the importance of Global Citizenship.
